971.04 CONCESSIONS.

The City reserves the right to operate all concessions within the Civic Center. All money generated by concessions, less applicable Ohio Sales Tax, shall be the property of the City. The Civic Center Manager at the direction of the Director of Public Service or his designee shall manage every aspect of concession operations at the Civic Center.
