947.99 PENALTY.

Any person, corporation, company, partnership, or other business entity that violates any provision of this chapter or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 142-2001. Passed 7-16-01.)
