947.14 RATES FOR UNMETERED INDUSTRIAL SEWER USERS.

Industrial users not metered on the effective date of this section shall be charged in accordance with the rates as set forth in the Schedule of Rates in Section 947.06(a) of this chapter as the same may be adjusted from year to year.
