Any sewer tapper's license may be revoked and cancelled by the Director of Public Service or City Engineer at any time for a violation of any provision of the laws of the State or the ordinances of the City relating to the regulating of sewer tapping and sewer building, or in the event that such licensee discontinues the work or business of such tapping and sewer building within the City for any other good or sufficient cause therefor.
