The following area of the City shall constitute the southwest sewer district, number four:
Commencing at a point in the north line of Outlot 490, 150 feet east of the east line of the in-Industry Road, S. E.; thence north and parallel with such road to a point where such line intersects a line drawn parallel with Market Ave., S., and 150 feet at a right angle therefrom. Thence north and parallel to Market Ave., S., along such line to a point where a line drawn 150 feet south and parallel to 18th Street, S. W., intersects the same. Thence along such line drawn 150 feet south and parallel to 18th Street, S.W., to the center line of the first alley east of Henry Ave., S.W.; thence north along the center line of such alley produced to a point where the center line of 15th Street, S.W., produced east intersects the same. Thence west along the center line of 15th Street, S. W., to the center line of Heising Court, S. W.; thence north along the center line of Heising Court, S.W., to the center line of Gayle Place, S.W.; thence west along the center line of Gayle Place, S. W., to the east line of City Lot 12133; thence north along the east line of City Lot 12133 and such line extended to the south line of the Pittsburgh, Ft. Wayne and Chicago Railway right of way. Thence west with such Pittsburgh, Ft. Wayne and Chicago Railway right of way to the west corporation line. Thence south and following the corporation line to the Mill Road, S. E.; thence northeasterly direction with Mill Road, S. E., to the Mill Race. Thence northwestwardly following west bank of Mill Race to the place of beginning.
