The following area of the City shall constitute the central sewer district, number three:
Beginning at a point where the main sewer crosses the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railroad near Shriver's Run; thence northward with Shriver's Run to 13th Street, S.E.; thence eastwardly with 13th Street, S.E., and including lots fronting on the south side of the same to Cherry Ave., S. E.; thence northward with Cherry Ave., S. E ., to 9th Street, S. E.; thence northward with Cherry Ave., S. E ., and including lots fronting on the east side of the same to Mulberry Road, S.E.; thence eastward with Mulberry Road S. E., and including lots fronting on the south side of the same to 4th Street, S. E., and the line of Herbuck Court, N. E., produced; thence northward with such line and Herbuck Court, N. E., to 5th Street, N. E.; thence westward with 5th Street, N. E., and including lots fronting on the north side of the same to Cherry Ave., N. E., and the line of such street produced, including lots fronting on the east side of the same to the north corporation line; thence westward with such corporation line to a point 200 feet west of west line of Cleveland Ave., N. W.; thence southwardly with a line parallel with and 200 feet west of Cleveland Ave., N.W., to the north of 19th Street, N.W.; thence south with the east line of Oxford Ave., N.W., to the south line of City Lot 15009; thence east along the south line of City Lot 15009 to Shorb Ave., N.W.; thence south along Shorb Ave., N. W., to 14th Street, N. W.; thence east along 14th Street, N. W., to the east line of Granite Court, N. W., extended; thence southwardly along the east line of Granite Court, N.W., to Gordon Place, N.W.; thence southwardly through City Lots 3965 and 3966 to the northeast corner of City Lot 3967; thence southwardly with the east line of City Lots 3967 and 3939 to Oby Place, N.W.; thence east along Oby Place, N.W., to the first alley east of Worley Ave., N. W.; thence south along the east line of High Ave., N. W., to 11th Street, N.W.; thence southeast on 11th Street N.W., to the southeast corner of Wells Ave., N.W.; thence south along the east line of Wells Ave., N. W. to the south line of City Lot 1849 being the north line of Herbert Place, N.W.; thence west along the north line of Herbert Place, N.W., to the east line of the first alley west of Harriet Ave., N. W.; thence south along the east line of such alley and such line extended to 7th Street, N.W., thence along 7th Street, N.W., to the east line of Rose Court, N.W.; thence south along the east line of Rose Court, N.W., to 2nd Street, N.W.; thence eastwardly along 2nd Street, N. W., to Newton Ave., N. W.; thence south along Newton Ave., N.W., to Tuscarawas Street, W.; thence east along Tuscarawas Street, W., to the line between City Lots fronting on the south side of Tuscarawas Street, W.; thence eastwardly along the south line of lots fronting on the south side of Tuscarawas Street, W., to Shorb Ave., S.W., and south on Shorb Ave., to 4th Street, S.W.;thence east on 4th Street, S. W., to Marion Ave., S.W.; thence south on Marion Ave., S. W., to the alley south of 6th Street, S.W.; thence east on north line of such alley to the east line of Wells Ave., S. W.; thence southwardly with the east line of Wells Ave., S. W., to the south line of City Lot 677; thence east to such south line and the south line of City Lots 478 and 487 to the center line of Cleveland Ave., S.W.; thence south along the center line of Cleveland Ave., S. W., to the east line of Outlot 68; thence southwardly along the east line of Outlot 68 to the third alley south of 15th Street, S. W.; thence south along Court Ave., S.W., to the first alley north of City Lot 9142; thence east with such alley and the alley south of 16th Street, S. E ., to the north right-of-way line of the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railway; thence northeast with such railway right of way to the point where the main sewer crosses the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railway and the point of beginning.
