The following area of the City shall constitute the west sewer district, number two: Commencing at the intersection of the east line of Oxford Ave., N. W., with the center line of 17th Street, N. W.; thence south along the east line of Oxford Ave., N. W., to the south line of City Lot 15009; thence east along the south line of City Lot 15009 to Shorb Ave., N.W.; thence south along Shorb Ave., N.W. to 14th Street, N.W.; thence east along 14th Street, N.W., to the east line of Granite Court, N.W., extended; thence southeastwardly along the east line of Granite Court, N. W., to Gordon Place, N. W.; thence southwestwardly through City Lots 3965 and 3966 to the northeast corner of City Lot 3967; thence south on the east line of City Lots 3967 and 3939 to Oby Place, N.W.; thence east along Oby Place, N.W., to the first alley east of Worley Ave., N.W.; thence south along such alley to 12th Street, N.W.; thence southeast on 12th Street, N.W., to the east line of High Ave., N.W.; thence along the east line of High Ave., N.W., to 11th Street N.W.; thence east on 11th Street, N.W., to the southeast corner of 11th Street, N. W., and Wells Ave., N. W.; thence south along the east line of Wells Ave., N. W., to the south line of City Lot 1849, being the north line of Herbert Place, N. W.; thence west along the north line of Herbert Place, N.W., to the east line of the first alley west of Harriet Ave., N. W.; thence south along the east line of such alley and such line extended to 7th Street, N.W.; thence west along 7th Street, N.W., to the east line of Rose Court, N.W.; thence south along the east line of Rose Court, N.W., to 2nd Street, N.W.; thence south along Newton Ave., N.W., to Tuscarawas St., W.; thence east along Tuscarawas St., W., to the line between City Lots 1617 and 1618; thence southwardly to the south line of lots fronting on the south side of Tuscarawas Street, W., thence eastwardly along the south side of the lots fronting on Tuscarawas Street, W., to Shorb Ave., S.W.; thence south on Shorb Ave., S.W., to 4th Street, S.W.; thence east on 4th Street, S.W., point 150 feet east of the east line of Henry Ave., S.W.; thence northwardly on a line parallel with Henry Ave., S.W., to the center line of 15th Street, S.W.; thence west on the center line of 15th Street, S.W., to the center line of Heising Court, S.W., thence north along the center line of Heising Court, S.W., to Gayle Place, S.W.; thence southwestwardly along the center line of Gayle Place, S.W., to the east line of City Lot 12133; thence north with such east line of Lot 12133 and such line extended to the north line of the right of way of the Pittsburgh, Ft. Wayne and Chicago Railway; thence westwardly with the north right of way line of such railway to the west corporation line; thence following the corporation line to the extreme northwest corner of the City; thence east with the north corporation line to a point 200 feet west of the west property line of Cleveland Ave., N. W.; thence southeastwardly on a line parallel with and 200 feet west of Cleveland Ave., N.W., to the north line of 19th Street, N.W.; thence south with the east line of Oxford Ave., N.W., to the center line of 17th Street, N.W., to the place of beginning.
