The following areas of the City shall constitute the east sewer district, number one:
(a) Beginning at a point where the main sewer crosses the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railroad near Shriver's Run; thence east with the railroad track to Shriver's Run; thence northward with Shriver's Run to a line formed by the rear line of lots fronting on the south line of 13th Street, S. E.; thence eastwardly along the line formed by the rear of lots fronting on the south side of 13th Street, S. E., to Cherry Ave., S.E., thence northward with Cherry Ave. S.E., to 9th Street, S.E.; thence eastward on 9th Street S. E ., to a line formed by the rear of lots fronting on the east side of Cherry Ave. S. E .; thence north along a line formed by the rear of lots fronting on the east side of Cherry Ave., S. E ., to a line formed by the rear of lots fronting on the south side of Mulberry Road, S.E.; thence eastwardly along a line formed by the rear of lots fronting on the south side of Mulberry Road, S. E ., to Fourth Street, S. E ., and the line of Herbruck Court, N. E ., to a line formed by the rear of lots fronting on the north side of 5th Street, N. E.; thence westward along a line formed by the rear of lots fronting on the north side of 5th Street, N. E ., to a line formed by the rear of lots fronting on the east side of Cherry Ave., N. E., and the line of said street produced to the north corporation line. The aforesaid line, from its beginning on 14th Street, S.E., to the north corporation line, being the west boundary line of sewer district number one, and such district being all the territory included between such west boundary line and the north and east corporation limits. The west boundaries of sewer district number one, shall constitute the east boundary line of sewer district number three.
(b) The following described area is designated as sewer district number one, McKinley Airport Allotments having been declared as a sewer district by the City Engineer: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 24261 in Allotment No. 5 located at the northwest corner of 22nd St. and Midway Ave., N. E .; thence south following the west line of Midway Ave., N. E., partly on an arc of seven hundred and eighty foot radius to 19th St., N. E.; thence west following the north line of 19th St., N. E ., partly on an arc of seven hundred and eighty foot radius to Gridley Ave., N. E., to the northwest corner of Lot 126 in Allotment No. 6; thence east following a straight line along the north lines of Lots 126, 70, 51, 46, 27, 22 and 3 to the northeast corner of Lot 3 in Allotment No. 6; thence south along the east line of Lots 3, 2 and 1 to the southeast corner of Lot 1 in Allotment No. 6; thence east along the north line of Lots 34262 and 34261 to the place of beginning. The total area comprising twenty-three acres, more or less, excluding the streets therein.
