The City Engineer shall approve all plans, specifications, materials and grades associated with the project. The project shall additionally be subject to all requirements contained in Chapters 905 and 907, and all other applicable chapters or sections of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Canton. The participating property owners shall pay all fees required by Chapters 905 and 907 as well as any other applicable chapters or sections of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Canton.
