921.05 APPLICATION PROCEDURES.
   The Director of Public Service shall establish procedures by which written applications requesting the City of Canton’s assistance for Cityscape sidewalk and curb projects may be initiated. The application shall contain the description of the proposed project and project area, to include the full names of the owners, street addresses, lot numbers and front footage amounts of each parcel of real property adjoining the project area, the signatures of the title owners of each parcel of real property, the name and address of the licensed general sidewalk contractor for the project who has the contractual authority to contract with the City of Canton and the general contractor for the completion of the project.
