919.08 REQUIREMENT OF LICENSED GENERAL SIDEWALK CONTRACTOR.

The general sidewalk contractor for each sidewalk replacement project shall meet all licensing and bonding requirements of Chapter 907 and all other applicable sections of these Codified Ordinances and the Ohio Revised Code.
