The City Engineer shall approve all plans, specifications, materials, and grades associated with the project; the project shall additionally be subject to all requirements contained in Chapters 905 and 907, as well as any other applicable chapters or sections of these Codified Ordinances. The participating property owners shall pay all fees required by Chapters 905 and 907 as well as any other applicable sections of these Codified Ordinances.
