The applicant for a permit to move a building shall post and deposit with the City Auditor a cash bond in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) conditioned upon the proper performance of such moving in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and to insure the representation of the applicant of the facts set forth in the application for the permit.
