909.07 REFlLLlNG EXCAVATIONS; RESURFACING.

Any person making an excavation in any street, alley or public ground shall immediately, upon having completed the work for which such excavation is made, refill such opening, or excavation and restore the road surface in compliance with plans and specifications on file in the City Engineer’s office or as directed by the City Engineer.
