No person shall engage in the work of laying, relaying or repairing sidewalks/curbs on any street or alley until he has been licensed by the City Engineer to do so. Application for such license shall be filed with and approved by the City Engineer. The City Engineer shall issue the license on payment of an annual license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) and the license may be renewed each year upon payment of the same fee. The application for the license shall state the experience of the applicant in sidewalk work. (Ord. 59-2001. Passed 4-9-01.)
