783.05 OPERATOR STANDARDS.
   The operator/driver of the horse-drawn carriage shall:
   (a)    Be subject to all State and City traffic laws applicable to motor vehicles;
   (b)   Possess a valid State chauffeur's license. (Ord. 93-86. Passed 5-5-86.)
