(a) Every room occupied for sleeping purposes within the facility shall contain a minimum of eighty square feet of habitable room area for one occupant, and when occupied by more than one individual shall contain at least sixty square feet of habitable room area for each occupant. No such facility shall use living rooms, dining rooms, entry ways, closets, corridors, outside porches or basements, as sleeping rooms.
(b) Every facility shall provide not less than twenty square feet per person of suitable recreation area.
(c) Every group facility shall have at least two qualified house parents/supervisors and shall maintain twenty-four hour supervision at all times.
