(a) (1) Persons holding sales of used personal property on or within their premises shall be exempted from application of this chapter, providing that all provisions of Section 1129.19 of the Codified Ordinances are followed.
(2) Personal property shall mean property which is owned, utilized and maintained by an individual or members of his residence and acquired in the normal course of living in or maintaining a residence. It does not include merchandise which was purchased for resale or obtained on consignment.
(b) Ice cream trucks pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 3717.
(c) Business owners who conduct business outdoors on a temporary basis in the area immediately adjacent to or abutting the building or structure of their established business under Section 749.01. (Ord. 127-2021. Passed 6-21-21.)
