(a) An applicant for an itinerant retailer permit shall provide a certificate of insurance for coverage in an amount not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for property damage and injuries and/or death, and such policy shall name the City as an additional insured. The applicant shall provide a copy of the insurance policy with the application.
(b) Certificates shall contain an agreement signed by the insurance company that prior to modification, cancellation or termination of the policy, written notice shall be sent to the City License Bureau by the insurance company at least ten days in advance of such modification, cancellation or termination.
