743.04 TERM OF LICENSES.

All junk and scrap dealer licenses shall be dated January 1, and shall be renewed annually on January 1 and shall be granted upon and subject to the terms, conditions and provisions set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 30-2007. Passed 2-12-07.)
