The Director of Public Safety or a police officer who has knowledge of a violation of Ohio R.C. Chapter 4728 or this chapter shall notify the Superintendent of the Division of Financial Institutions of the State of Ohio of such violation pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4728.10.
