723.99 PENALTY.

(a) Any person, partnership, firm, corporation, club or society who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

(b) Any person, partnership, firm, corporation, club or society or other legal entity who has previously been convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree upon any subsequent violation.
