723.11 REVOCATION OF LICENSE; NOTICE.
   (a)    The Director of Public Safety shall revoke the license of any licensee of a device or amusement arcade who violates any of the terms of this chapter or any of the rules and regulations established and adopted by the Director pursuant to Section 723.08. The Director shall notify the licensee by certified mail, directed to the last address, of such revocation.
   (b)    The Director shall revoke any license issued for a device or devices at any premises indicated in the application for such license when the Director has reasonable grounds to believe that such device or such premises are being used for gambling purposes. If such premises are licensed as an amusement arcade, that license shall also be revoked.
   (c)   No license shall be issued for a period of one year to the owner of any device for installation upon any premises where the device license or amusement arcade license has been revoked in accordance with the provisions of this section.
