723.09 REFUSAL TO GRANT LICENSE; NOTICE.

The Director of Public Safety is hereby authorized and empowered to deny for a reasonable cause any application for an amusement or musical device license or amusement arcade. He shall notify the prospective licensee by registered mail, directed to his last address, of the decision to deny the license.
