705.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of Sections 705.03 and 705.06 shall be fined five hundred dollars ($500.00).
   Each day that any violation of or failure to comply with any provision of this chapter is committed or continued shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 237-90. Passed 11-5-90.)
