705.02 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the misuse or abuse of alarm systems; protect police and fire emergency services from misuse; and to provide for payment of fees for violations of this section, specifically that of false alarms. This chapter does not supersede or replace Section 509.07 of the Canton Codified Ordinances entitled "Making False Alarms".
