An official flag for the City is hereby adopted:
Length: Eight feet three inches.
Width: Four feet eleven inches.
Left-hand field: Blue, containing seventeen white stars, divided by a hypotenuse of a triangle beginning at the lower left-hand corner of the flag and extending to a point three feet ten inches from the upper left-hand corner of the flag.
Right-hand field: Red, divided by a hypotenuse of a triangle beginning at the upper right-hand corner of the flag and extending to a point three feet ten inches from the lower right-hand corner of the flag.
Middle field: White, consisting of a replica of McKinley Monument, approximately one foot high, located four inches from the top of the flag and two feet from the right side of the flag. Also, the letters "CO", seven and one-fourth inches wide, each covering a space of two feet and three inches; the top of the letter "C" shall be one foot and five inches from the top of the flag and the bottom of the letter "O" shall be ten and three-fourths inches from the bottom of the flag. Also, the numerals "1805", four inches from the bottom of the flag and two feet from the left-hand side of the flag; the numerals shall be five and one-half inches high and three and one-fourth inches wide.
