553.03 SPEED OF TRAINS.

(a) No person having the care, supervision or control of any railroad train, cars or locomotives shall operate the same within the corporate limits of the City faster than at the rate of twenty miles an hour. (1964 Code §515.05)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
