547.10 CONSTRUCTION.

The provisions of this chapter shall be construed liberally for the accomplishment of the purposes thereof. Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to repeal or otherwise effect any of the provisions of the federal or Ohio civil rights laws relating to discrimination in employment because of race, age, disability, color, religion, gender, national origin, sexual orientation or ancestry of any person, which, to the extent that they are applicable, shall supersede the provisions of this chapter.
