(a) No person shall smoke a cigarette, cigar or pipe, or have a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe, or light the same, in any bus within the limits of the City.
(b) All buses operating within the limits of the City are hereby required to post a sign in the front and rear of each bus in a conspicuous place. Such sign shall contain the words: "No Smoking by Ordinance of the City of Canton".
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
