(a) Any person, corporation, lessor, lessee or other legal entity that operates a gasoline service station in the City shall be required to post a sign on such gasoline service station premises indicating thereon the price per gallon of the various grades of gasoline. The sign shall be visible from the adjoining street(s) of the City, and numbers indicating the price per gallon of the various grades of gasoline shall be at least ten inches wide and fourteen inches high.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
