521.14 STORAGE OF PORTABLE TOILETS.
   (a)    No person shall store an outdoor portable toilet unless such toilet is stored in a building.
   Portable outdoor toilets shall be cleaned inside a building in the storage area when not in service.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
