(a) No person shall utilize any building, apartment, room, space or enclosure specifically designed to suppress law enforcement entry in order to further the manufacturing, selling, dispensing, furnishing, giving away, storing or using of any controlled substance as defined in Section 513.01.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
