(a) No person who has under his or her management or control any building, apartment, room, space or enclosure either as an owner, lessee, agent, employee or mortgagee shall knowingly allow the building, apartment, room, space, or enclosure to be fortified to suppress law enforcement entry in order to further the manufacturing, selling, dispensing, furnishing, giving away, storing or using of any controlled substance as defined in Section 513.01.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
