§ 110.99 PENALTY.

(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which another penalty is not already provided, shall be fined not more than $100. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.

(B) (1) Whoever violates § 110.15 shall be fined not more than $100. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.

(2) Whoever violates any provision of §§ 110.16 through 110.23 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $1,000. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.
