§ 110.16 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FENCE. An enclosure at least six feet in height, constructed of nontransparent material, and maintained so as to obscure the scrap in the enclosure from the ordinary view of persons passing upon the streets, alleys, and sidewalks in the city.
   SCRAP. Old or scrap copper, brass, rope, rags, batteries, paper, rubber; junked, dismantled or wrecked automobiles, or parts thereof; iron, steel, and other old or scrap ferrous or nonferrous materials.
   SCRAP YARD. An establishment or place of business which is maintained or operated for the purpose of storing, keeping, buying, or selling scrap or for the maintenance or operation of an automobile graveyard.
