§ 110.15 CREATION PROHIBITED; EXPANSION RESTRICTED.
   No person shall create any new scrap yards or places of business used for the collection of scrap, including iron and metal of all descriptions, all rubber of all descriptions, all brass or bronze of any description and all tin materials or articles of iron which are coated or glazed with aluminum or tin, and the destruction of the aforesaid articles by burning or otherwise within the city. Nothing in this section shall be construed as prohibiting the expansion of present scrap yards or places of business used for the collection of scrap on premises adjoining yards where scrap is presently being accumulated or premises containing places of business used for the collection of scrap unless otherwise prohibited by the zoning laws of the city.
