(A) Violations and penalties.
(1) The violation of any provision of this subchapter is a misdemeanor punishable as provided by Minnesota Statutes.
(2) Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall be a separate violation.
(B) Enforcement. The City Clerk shall take whatever action or institute remedies that are necessary to enforce the provisions as set forth in this subchapter.
