§ 32.17 ITEMS UNDER $25.

   Expenditures of city funds of $25 or less may be made by check or by cash from petty cash for city expenditures without prior order of the Mayor by any of the following persons:

   (A)   The Mayor;

   (B)   The Clerk;

   (C)   The Treasurer;

   (D)   The Deputy Clerk;

   (E)   The Deputy Treasurer; and

   (F)   One regular full time clerical employee designated by the Mayor.
