   All ordinances proscribing conduct are either:
   (A)   Misdemeanors punishable by up to 90 days in the county jail, a fine of not more than $500, or both, based on Charter limitations; or
   (B)    Misdemeanors punishable by up to 93 days in the county jail, a fine of not more than $500, or both. These are specifically authorized by state statutory authority in specific instances, such as domestic assault. To be punishable as a 93-day misdemeanor, the ordinance should specifically provide.
