§ 149.11  ALLOWING ANIMALS TO REMAIN AT LARGE.
   No owner or keeper of any dog or farm animal; including cattle, horses, mules, sheep, swine, goats and chickens; shall allow such animal to run at large upon the highway or other public place or upon any unenclosed land within the City of Burton.
