§ 149.01  TRESPASS—AGRICULTURE.
   (A)   No person shall willfully commit any trespass, by cutting down or destroying any timber or wood, standing or growing on the land of another, or by carrying away any kind of timber or wood, cut down or lying on such land, or by digging up or carrying away any stone, ore, gravel, clay, sand, turf or mold from such land, or any roots, fruit or plant there being, or by cutting down or carrying away any grass, hay, or any kind of grain standing, growing or being on such land, or by carrying away from any wharf or landing place, railroad depot or warehouse, any good whatever in which he or she has no interest or property, without the license of the owner.
   (B)   No person shall willfully commit any trespass by entering upon the garden, orchard or other improved land of another, without permission of the owner thereof, and with intent to cut, take, carry away, destroy or injure the trees, grain, grass, hay, fruit or vegetables there growing or being.
§ 149.02  BREAKING AND ENTERING.
   No person shall break and enter, or shall enter without breaking, any dwelling, house, tent, hotel, office, store, shop, warehouse, barn, granary, factory or other building, boat, ship, railroad car or structure used or kept for public or private use, or any private apartment therein, or any cottage, clubhouse, boat house, hunting or fishing lodge, garage or the out-buildings belonging  thereto, or any other structure, whether occupied or unoccupied, without first obtaining permission to enter from the owner occupant, agent, or person having immediate control thereof.
§ 149.03  RIOT.
   It is unlawful and constitutes the crime of riot for 5 or more persons, acting in concert, to wrongfully engage in violent conduct and thereby intentionally or recklessly cause or create a serious risk of causing public terror or alarm.
§ 149.04  UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY.
   It is unlawful and constitutes an unlawful assembly for a person to assemble or act in concert with 4 or more persons for the purpose of engaging in conduct constituting the crime of riot, or to be present at an assembly that either has or develops such a purpose and to remain thereat with intent to advance such purpose.
§ 149.05  UNLAWFUL PICKETING AND DEMONSTRATING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person engaged in lawful picketing or demonstrating to so picket or demonstrate in such a manner or fashion to cause vehicular traffic to be impeded or blocked on any public street or private drive or parking lot.
   (B)   It shall further be unlawful for any persons engaged in lawful picketing or demonstrating to so picket or demonstrate in such a manner or fashion as to impede or block pedestrian traffic to any building, public or private, or along any sidewalk or walkway.
