ADOPTION OF CODES
(A) The City of Burton hereby adopts and shall enforce the Michigan Residential Code, the Michigan Building Code and the International Property Maintenance Code.
(B) All amendments to the Michigan Residential Code, the Michigan Building Code and the International Property Maintenance Code shall be deemed to be adopted and incorporated by reference and made a part hereof as if such amendments were in effect as of the effective date of this ordinance.
(C) All future editions of the Michigan Residential Code, the Michigan Building Code and the International Property Maintenance Code shall be deemed to be adopted and incorporated by reference and made a part hereof as if such editions were in effect as of the effective date of this ordinance.
(A) The International Fire Code, 2003 Edition, is hereby adopted by reference.
(B) All subsequent amendments to the International Fire Code shall be deemed to be adopted and incorporated by reference and made a part hereof as if the amendments were in effect as of the effective date of this ordinance.
(C) All future editions of the International Fire Code shall be deemed to be adopted and incorporated by reference and made a part hereto as if the editions were in effect as of the effective date of this ordinance.
