§ 151.08   PROPERTY REHABILITATION CODE ADOPTED; AMENDMENTS.
   (A)   The City of Burton hereby adopts and shall enforce the Michigan Rehabilitation Code for Existing Buildings.
   (B)   All amendments to Michigan Rehabilitation Code for Existing Buildings shall be deemed to be adopted and incorporated by reference and made a part hereof as if such amendments were in effect as of the effective date of this ordinance.
   (C)   All future editions of the Michigan Rehabilitation Code for Existing Buildings shall be deemed to be adopted and incorporated by reference and made a part hereof.
