Any interested party may appeal any decision of the Planning Commission made under the terms of this ordinance by filing with the City Clerk a written notice of appeal within 10 days of the decision appealed from. The City Council shall hear the appeal within 30 days of the date of filing of the notice of appeal and shall thereafter either affirm, reverse, or modify the decision of the Planning Commission. The decision of the City Council shall be final.
