11-1-8: RUBBISH ON STREETS OR ALLEYS:

No person shall throw, deposit or allow upon any street or alley, any rubbish, glass, bottles, nails, tacks, wire, cans or any other substance likely to injure any person, animal or vehicle upon such street or alley. (Ord. 676, 12-19-1960; amd. 1981 Code)
