The City declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid for police training from the Law Enforcement Planning Commission under the provisions of chapter 51, section 19-5118 of the Idaho Code.
Pursuant to section 19-5117, Idaho Code, of said chapter 51, title 19, the City, while receiving aid from the Law Enforcement Planning Commission pursuant to chapter 51, will adhere to the standards for employment, recruitment and training established by the Idaho Law Enforcement Planning Commission.
