9-1-13: CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS:
Debris resulting from the construction, reconstruction or repair of premises shall not be placed with other refuse for collection but shall be disposed of directly by the person owning, occupying or leasing the premises. (Ord. 832, 3-6-1972)
