9-1-12: STREET LITTER CANS:

Litter and waste disposal containers are not to be used by merchants and store employees for store and sidewalk sweepings, trash, papers or cartons. They are placed there by the city for pedestrians to use in the depositing of waste material to prevent the same from littering upon the city sidewalks and street gutters. (Ord. 832, 3-6-1972)
