Should it be desired to discontinue the use of water supplying the premises for a period of not less than one month, notice in writing must be given to the city clerk and payment in full made at his office. The water shall then be turned off, and turned on again upon application without charge, but no remission of rent shall be made until after said notice is given. (Ord. 488, 9-17-1951)
